  • We support buyers in the United States and Canada through itemized WhatsApp order review before payment.
  • Fragrant Lily is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with the designer brands referenced in the catalogue.
02 · ORDER GUIDE

How to place an order

  1. Add the exact product codes and quantities to your cart.
  2. Meet the applicable fragrance minimum: 20 mini perfumes, 2 full-size bottles or 2 gift sets. Cosmetics and skincare quantities are confirmed item by item.
  3. Choose your destination and review the product subtotal and any available shipping estimate.
  4. Tap “Review & send order” at the bottom of the website. Check the quantities and destination, then tap the green “Send order to WhatsApp” button.
  5. WhatsApp opens with your itemized order. Tap Send in the chat to submit it. If the text is missing, use “Copy order details” on the website, paste it into the chat and tap Send.
  6. We confirm stock, final quantities, shipping and payment instructions before you pay.
03 · SHIPPING

Shipping calculation and dispatch

  • The Korea UPS perfume rate table applies to full-size perfumes and gift sets for eligible destinations.
  • Full-size bottles use 0.5kg each, except Bond No.9 at 1kg each. Gift sets use 1kg each for 2–4 sets and 0.8kg each for 5 or more.
  • Canada full-size and gift-set shipping is calculated at C$20/kg plus C$10 handling.
  • Mini-perfume shipping follows the separate package rules displayed in the mini catalogue.
  • Cosmetics and skincare shipping is calculated by customer service and confirmed on WhatsApp before payment.
  • Carrier surcharges, remote-area fees and final chargeable weight are confirmed before payment when applicable.
04 · PAYMENT

Protected payment options

  • Alibaba and PayPal are available for confirmed orders.
  • Do not send payment until product codes, quantities, destination and final totals have been confirmed.
  • Payment protections depend on the platform, transaction type and account eligibility. Review the terms shown by the selected payment provider.
05 · RETURNS & DAMAGED ITEMS

Report order problems clearly

  • Wholesale orders are prepared to the confirmed product codes and quantities.
  • If an item is missing, incorrect or damaged, contact us promptly on WhatsApp with the order summary, clear photos and an unboxing video.
  • Do not discard the item, packaging or shipping label before the case is reviewed.
  • Approved resolutions depend on the evidence, carrier review and the payment platform terms applicable to the transaction.
